Phil PhotoPhilip Lew, CEO of XBOSoft, oversees strategy, operations and business development since joining in 2006.

His broad experience spans across deep technical expertise as a software engineer, advising on technology and business processes to founding companies such as Pulse Technologies Inc, a leader in contact center systems integration, until it’s acquisitions by EIS International.

In a space of 25 years he has served as an Ernst and Young Consultant, led the Systems Integrations Services Group at EIS, held roles at executive level both in USA and Europe and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Alaska Pacific University. 

As well as presenting at leading worldwide conferences such as STPCon, PNSQC and Better Software East, his papers have been published in Project Management Technology, Network World, Telecommunications Magazine, Call Center Magazine, TeleProfessional, and DataPro Research Reports.

Mario V. Mirabelli, of Counsel, Genova Burns, is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and is a member of the Business Law & Commercial Transactions and Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.

Mr. Mirabelli has assisted national, international and local clientele in the areas of corporate, securities and administrative law. In particular, he has advised clients on transactional, administrative, litigation and enforcement matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as public and private corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, trade regulation and banking matters.

Mr. Mirabelli played a major role in having Federal legislation passed in 2008, which assisted him in obtaining a 172 million dollar settlement from the Government of Libya on behalf of 56 US servicemen who were the victims of a Libyan Government terrorist bombing at the LaBelle Discotheque in Berlin, Germany in 1986.

At the SEC, he was responsible for the conduct of complex investigations with respect to matters involving possible civil or criminal violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1933, and for the conduct of injunctive proceedings relating to the registration and reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Mr. Mirabelli was also chief hearing counsel of the SEC’s public investigation into the “Propriety of Estimates, Forecasts and Projections of Economic Performance” and the chief trial counsel of the commission’s public investigation of the “Hot Issues Securities Markets.”

Mr. Mirabelli has been the President of The John R. Mott Scholarship Foundation, Inc. since 2002 and is the Director of the RNA Holdings, LLC of Dallas, TX, a pharmacy management software company. He also was a recipient of the Bausch & Lomb Science Award.

Mr. Mirabelli received the Order of Merit of the Republic of Italy in June 2014 by decree of Giorgio Napolitano, the President of the Italian Republic.

He has been a licensed Pharmacist since 1964. Along with that he was a partner in Beeber Pharmacies, Home Care Pharmacy, Skilled Care Pharmacy, LTC Pharmacy, AccuCare Home Care Agency and a number of other entities.

Some of these operations where later sold which lead to the roll up on the company now known as Omnicare (NYSE:OCR).
